Blessed Mary MacKillop
On Saturday, August 8, 1909, Mother Mary MacKillop died
at North Sydney. Many celebrations of the centenary of her
death were held last weekend.
We will have an opportunity to reflect on Mary’s life and how we can follow her spirit with a special gathering to be held in the Church on Monday, 7th September 10:30am, or 7:30pm.
We are delighted that Sister Margaret Paton RSJ, who has written extensively on Mary’s life, will lead our reflection on that day.
The presentation of donations received
through the Parents and Friends of the Vincentian
Fathers and Brothers in Australia and Fiji, known as“The Burse” will take place at St. Anthony’s Marsfield,
on Sunday 13th of September commencing at
2:30pm.
